Frequently asked questions
How fast is a motor yacht compared to a gulet?
A gulet does 8 to 10 knots. A planing motor yacht does 22 to 28. So a 3-hour gulet leg becomes a 1-hour motor yacht run.
Can we sleep on board overnight?
Yes. Cabins are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms. Most yachts sleep 4 to 8 in 2 to 4 cabins.
Can we cross to Greece?
Yes — Kos, Symi and Rhodes are all within day-trip range from Bodrum and Marmaris. You will need passports and a small port fee.
What about food?
Day charter includes welcome drinks and a fruit platter. Lunch is normally at a beach restaurant. Multi-day charters include a chef and full provisioning, billed separately.
