First contact
You email or WhatsApp us with rough dates, group size and what you have in mind. Within 24 hours (often sooner) we reply with three trip outlines and an honest opinion on which suits you best.

Refining the plan
We exchange a couple of messages or jump on a 20-minute call. We adjust the plan, agree the budget, and confirm what you want included (transfers, meals, experiences, guides).

Booking and confirmation
We hold your villa, flights and experiences with refundable deposits. You see live availability and pricing. We send a single PDF itinerary with every confirmation in one place.

Pre-trip brief
Two weeks out, you get a final pack: villa manager's WhatsApp, transfer driver's name and plate, restaurant suggestions per night, the SIM card we will send you on arrival.

On the ground
An in-country WhatsApp manager available 24/7. Drivers, guides, restaurant bookings, last-minute changes — handled from your message to confirmation in under an hour.

After the trip
We send you a recap with the photos your guides took, the recipe cards from the chef's table, and an honest survey on what worked and what didn't. We use it to make the next person's trip better.
How we charge
For most trips, our fee is built into the rates we negotiate with hotels, villas and ground operators — you pay no service charge to us. For complex trips (multi-base, two weeks plus, weddings) we charge a flat planning fee from £450, refundable against your trip cost.
We accept GBP and EUR by bank transfer or card. Final balance is due 6 weeks before travel. Full ABTA-style consumer protection through our UK entity.
